Gorgeous challah, fluffy-soft… no SALT!!! :-(
Sad but true. And we were taking it to neighbours’ for supper. I just gestured to keep on sprinkling more more more salt… but salt sprinkled is NOT the same as salt incorporated in dough. Blah.
